PURPOSE:To weaken rigidity partially, to thereby prevent deformation and a noises from occurring, and to prevent parts from coming off a wheel by forming vertical slits on a cylindrical vertical part of a metallic outer covering plate which is installed outside a synthetic resin cover plate CONSTITUTION:An outer face 210 of a cylindrical vertical part 21V of a synthetic resin cover plate 21 is slightly smaller than a lower end part 21B in diameter and forms a space between the face 210 and a inner face 221 of a metallic outer covering plate 22. The space absorbs a radial extension quantity of the cover plate 21. A vertical part 22 of the outer covering plate 22 is provided in the circumferential direction with a plurality of slits 30 which have released a lower part 31. This weakens the rigidity of the outer covering plate 22 so that it can prevent the plate 22 from causing deformation and a noise and from coming off a wheel. |
