METHOD FOR PRODUCING NOZZLE OF INK JET HEAD

PURPOSE:To bond a nozzle plate without generating clogging and enhance the accuracy of the shape and position of an orifice. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 1 and a passage plate 4 are preliminarily bonded and the passage plate 4 has many passages 5. An adhesive 3 is applied to the single surface of a film 2 becoming a nozzle plate and held to a semi-cured state. After the nozzle plate is bonded to the base plate 1, both of the film 2 and the adhesive 3 are simultaneously subjected to orifice processing by excimer laser.
