<p>PURPOSE:To speedily and precisely position a finger holder to hold a finger to position by way of guiding an endless blade in a bread slicer using the endless blade. CONSTITUTION:Each finger 4 having an engagement piece 3 to guide and position by way of engaging with a plural number of endless blades B is held by a finger holder 1. The finger holder 1 is fit in a guide bar 2 free to slide. A parallel spacer shaft is arranged on the guide bar 2, and rows of a plural number of spacers different in width are installed on it, and by rotating the spacer shaft 5, one of the rows of the spacers is interposed between the finger holders 1. The spacer shaft 5 is revolved after it is displaced by an air cylinder 9. The finger holders 1 are arranged with intervals equal to the width of the spacers.</p> |
