PURPOSE: To eliminate risk that the part to be ruptured bears degradated appearance such as cracking originating from deterioration or contraction of the skin and generate a certain rupture when air bag is inflated. CONSTITUTION: A cabin side member 10 is equipped in a single piece with a skin 12 where a rupturing part 14 bounding an air back door part D is formed on the oversurface of a synthetic resin foaming layer 11, and on the rear surface of the skin, a locally thin part 13 is provided originating from pressing of a die member having a shape dispersing uncontinuously with a constant width along the rupturing part. |
