摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing of an Mn-Zn ferrite material having low core loss as compared with that of the conventional. <P>SOLUTION: In the Mn-Zn based ferrite material, which contains 50.0-56.0 mol% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 5-20 mol% Zn and 30-45 mol% Mn as the main components, and has 0.03-0.1 wt.% CaCO<SB>3</SB>, 0.001-0.05 wt.% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 0.2-0.4 wt.% TiO<SB>2</SB>, 0.03-0.1 wt.% Co<SB>3</SB>O<SB>4</SB>and 0.01-0.05 wt.% ZrO<SB>2</SB>as secondary components, at least the average particle diameter of SiO<SB>2</SB>, TiO<SB>2</SB>, Co<SB>3</SB>O<SB>4</SB>and ZrO<SB>2</SB>is 100 nm or smaller, preferably 50 nm or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
