<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness protection material with excellent resistance over heat aging and a wire harness using this. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness protection material is obtained by coating an adhesive obtained by formulating 3 pts.wt. of antioxidant, 1 pts.wt. of copper inhibitor and 1-150 pts.wt. of adsorbent to 100 pts. wt. of emulsion acrylic acid resin on a tape-like base material obtained by formulating 60 pts.wt. of plasticizer (DOP), 20 pts.wt. of calcium carbonate, 5 pts.wt. of stabilizer, 5 pts.wt. of antioxidant, 1.6 pts.wt. of copper inhibitor and 1-150 pts.wt. of adsorbent to 100 pts.wt. of PVC resin. The wire harness is obtained by winding the wire harness protection material on a bundle of halogen-free electric wires or a bundle of combined electric wire in which a part thereof is replaced by a PVC electric wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
