PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-strength silicone rubber composition capable of providing fine silicone rubber hollow fiber, having a thin film thickness, excellent in pressure resistance and useful as an artificial lung, etc., by kneading a silicone rubber compound with a liquid silicone rubber or a silicone oil. SOLUTION: This silicone rubber composition is obtained by kneading (A) 100 pts.wt. addition curable type silicone rubber compound, prepared by adding silica as a filler to a silicone rubber compound comprising dimethylsiloxane or/and methylvinylsiloxane and having physical properties of >=75 hardness (JIS-A) measured by the JISK-6302 method with (B) 5-30 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane, containing vinyl groups and having 100-100000P viscosity at 25 deg.C as a liquid silicone rubber or a silicone oil having the same viscosity as that of the siloxane. |
