PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film which can be easily manufactured and is abound in flexibility, and excellent in rubber elasticity and shrinkable properties. SOLUTION: A film wherein a thermoplastic resin composition having a crystalline chlorinated polyethylene of 20-45% degree of chlorination and 15-36cal/g DCS(differential scanning calorimeter) method crystal melting heat quantity as a resin component is molded, is stretched within a temperature range of secondary transition point to melting point of the chlorinated polyethylene to make a shrinkable film. |
