摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the degree of adhesion and improve the surface transferability between both sheets by a method wherein a resin sheet is placed on the cavity surface of a bottom mold and then vacuum-sucked and, after that, a matrix sheet is placed upon the resin sheet and, after molds are clamped by lowering the tap mold, pressure air is jetted against the matrix sheet and the resin sheet is heated. SOLUTION: A resin sheet S is placed on a bottom mold 8A so as to be opposite to a cavity surface. Next, by actuating a suction fan 14A, internal air is evacuated from the cavity surface of the bottom mold 8A. Next, under the state that the resin sheet S is adhered to the cavity surface of the bottom mold 8A, a matrix sheet M is placed upon the resin sheet S and then a top mold 8B is lowered to a mold closing direction. Next, pressure air is jetted from the injection ports 8c of the top mold 8B against the back surface side (the front surface side is a surface opposing to the resin sheet S). Next, by circulating a heating medium through medium passages 8a, the bottom mold 8A is heated, to integrally fuse the resin sheet S and the matrix sheet M together.
