PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten re-lighting time to prevent the flickering of a fluorescent lamp and light the fluorescent lamp at low discharge voltage to remarkably lengthen the life of the lamp by assembling a re-lighting time circuit and a preheating time circuit. SOLUTION: An electronic starter is constituted in such a way that a bridge rectifier circuit 1 is connected to filaments F1, F2, a switching drive circuit 4 is connected to a reference voltage source 2 for supplying voltage obtained from the bridge rectifier circuit 1 to each circuit through a switching circuit 3, a switching control circuit 5 is connected to between the switching drive circuit 4 and a life last stage protecting circuit 9, a preheating time circuit 6 and a re-lighting time circuit 7 are connected to the switching control circuit 5, a re-lighting reset circuit 8 is connected to the re-lighting time circuit 7, and a lighting discriminating circuit 10 is connected to the connecting point of the re-lighting reset circuit 8 and the life last stage protecting circuit 9. |
