PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the order of an article such as food and drink in the same procedure as music selection of karaoke and perform the receipt and reply to a guest room terminal by utilizing a karaoke LAN system. SOLUTION: When a musical composition number is received (S10 YES), a karaoke server machine judges whether this corresponds not to the natural musical composition number but to an article order number such as food and drink (S20). When the received number is the article order number as the result of judgment (S20 YES), the karaoke server machine forms the order replay massage information containing the judgment of whether the order is acceptable or not (S50) in reference to the service handling information related to this article (S40), outputs it to the operator of a karaoke LAN system, and also transmits it to a guest room terminal (S70). The guest room terminal outputs a message such as the name and accept of the order with respect to the article to a display according to the received order response message information. |
