PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an emulsion containing a fat-soluble medicine useful to produce pills. SOLUTION: The O/W type emulsion which contains a soybean oil unsaponifiable material and/or γ-orizanol, an oil and an emulsifying agent can be produced by the ordinary method. For example, the production is carried out by heating a soybean oil unsaponifiable material, γ-orizanol, a middle chain fatty acid triglyceride, an oil such as a vegetable oil or the like and an oil phase component such as lecithin or the like at about 80 deg.C to dissolve these components, alternatively heating a fatty acid sugar ester, water, when necessary, an aqueous phase component consisting of a water-soluble polymer such as macrogol 6000 or the like at about 80 deg.C to dissolve, emulsifying the both components with stirring by a fast stirrer, e.g. homomixer (brand name) or the like, and then cooling at room temperature with stirring. |
