A fuel supply module supplying fuel to an internal combustion engine, especially designed for use in a motor vehicle. Said module consists of a storage pan (1) with a bottom (11) and a fuel pump (20) arranged in said storage pan and provided with a pump element (28). The pump element (28) belonging to the fuel pump (20) is arranged on the bottom (11) of the storage pan (10) in such a way that the fuel can flow sideways towards the pump element (28).
