PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacture cost of a radiator, while raising the mountability of the radiator. SOLUTION: A bracket 141 and a reinforcing plate 131 are made independently, and also both are couplet with each other by bolts 150. Hereby, a radiator can be set easily to a vehicle by changing the mounting position of the first bracket 141 without preparing a head tank 120 for each model of a car. Moreover, cooling water can be drained in a condition that the power of cooling water drained from the radiator is dropped, by opposing the drain port 124 made at the first head tank 121 and a drain receiving face 143 from each other by a specified interval apart, so this heat exchanger can prevent the cooling water from scattering at drainage of cooling water.
