The invention relates to a handle for constructing different tools, in particular for cutting, peeling, punching, perforating, bending, clamping or drilling. The advantage of the tool is that the fingers remain free to perform other activities. The hand tool, when not in use, remains fixed on the fingers of the user, without affecting their freedom of movement. Thus, the user does not need to put aside, pick up or even search for the tool between the individual work operations. Said tool can be used to complete many tasks quickly and with a minimum of effort. The handle (3) of the hand tool consists of two ring-shaped bodies (5), to which tool parts are fixed.
