<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute construction while saving manpower, by embedding a sleeve pipe which bypasses a fire compartment wall and has a fire compartment member attached to each end, and exposing a part of a fire compartment penetrating member to a part of an indoor floor. SOLUTION: When concrete is placed, a sleeve pipe 7 having its both ends warped upward is arranged under a fire compartment 6, and a penetrating member 1 having a thermal expandable rubber 3 and an elastic sealing member 4 housed therein is attached to each end of the sleeve pipe 7. The penetrating member 1 is partly exposed from a floor surface of an adjacent room. Thus, a through hole need not be bored for each fire compartment, whereby construction labor can be saved. Further, the floor and a ceiling need not be doubled in order to secure a piping space for the sleeve pipe, whereby construction costs can be reduced.</p> |
