<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet exhibiting superior water-proof and chemical proof properties in its cleaning operation, a superior weather proof property in its storage, enabling its re-use by a simple repairing even if its part is broken and satisfying a high recyclable property. SOLUTION: A pallet 2 is composed of some leg members 8, and upper beam members 10 fixed to the upper portions of the leg members in a direction crossing at a right angle with a longitudinal direction of them. The leg member 8 is made such that first and second unit aluminum alloy materials 14, 16 and a coupling aluminum alloy member 18 are fitted to each other. The first unit material 14 is a hollow member where a dovetail 14a is formed continuously in a longitudinal direction. The second unit material 16 is also a hollow member in which the same outer appearance shape as that of the first unit material 14 and the same dovetail as the dovetail 14a are made. The coupling member 18 is a member where the substantial same shaped dovetail as the dovetail 14a of the first unit material 14 and the substantial same shaped dovetail as the dovetail groove of the second unit material 16 are formed symmetrically in a width direction as well as a longitudinal direction. The upper beam member 10 is composed of the first unit material 14 with the dovetail 14a being directed upward and arranged in a direction crossing at a right angle with the longitudinal direction of the leg member.</p> |
