<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lightweight, soft and disposable gloves rich in stretchability, having air permeability and durability and producible at a low cost by heat- sealing the peripheral edge of the gloves in which nonwoven fiber layers containing thermally fusible fibers are subjected to stitch sewing with knitting yarns. SOLUTION: The gloves are obtained by cutting a nonwoven fabric 1 in which two-ply nonwoven fiber layers containing thermally fusible fibers are subjected to stitch sewing with knitting yarns containing stretchable fibers into the form of a hand, bonding the cut nonwoven fabric 1 from opening edges 4a and 4b of a wrist 4 along an edge part 5 of each glove (in the oblique lines) with a high-frequency welder or a thermal fusion apparatus having the same function as that of the high-frequency welder, finishing all the 5 fingertips 2, reaching the other opening edges 4b and 4a and completing the bonding.</p> |
