<p>PURPOSE:To improve through hole protection, and facilitate removal by alkaline aqueous solution, by containing specified range wt.% of at least one kind of resin selected out of a group composed of phenol resin, cresol resin, and rosin based resin wherein the softening point is higher than or equal to a specified temperature and the acid value is in a specified range. CONSTITUTION:The title ink consists of the following; (A) 5-7wt.% of at least one kind of resin selected out of a group composed of phenol resin, cresol resin, and rosin based resin wherein the softening point is 60 deg.C or higher and the acid value is 50-500, (B) 10-90wt.% of monoester compound expressed by formula [R1 is hydrogen or a methyl group, R2 is hydrogen or a 1-4C alkyl group, and Y is a 1-4C alkylene group or a group expressed by -(CnH2nO)p-CH2- ((n) is an integer of 2-6, and (p) is an integer of 1-19)], and (C) 0.01-20wt.% of thermal polymerization catalyst.</p> |
