<p>PURPOSE:To provide a liquid crystal polyester resin composition having high soldering heat resistance, reduced anisotropy and warpage, a surface resistivity of 1X10<4>-1X10<8>OMEGA, a controlled low initial charge voltage, a low half-life (the time taken for reducing the initial charge voltage to one half), and excellent moldability. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. liquid crystal polyester is mixed with 55-185 pts.wt. total of 45-80 pts.wt. graphite of a mean particle diameter of 5mum or above and 0-140 pts.wt. talc of a mean particle diameter of 5mum or above. Alternatively, 100 pts.wt. liquid crystal polyester is mixed with 45-80 pts.wt. graphite of a mean particle diameter of 5mum or above, 0.2-4.0 pts.wt. fluorocarbon surfactant and 0-140 pts.wt. talc of a mean particle diameter of 5mum or above. Either or the above obtained mixtures is molded into a carrier for an electronic component or a heat-resistant tray for IC.</p> |
