PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bending a measuring pipe capable of preliminarily prescribing the length of the linear measuring pipe, that is, the measuring pipe not subjected to bonding processing, and capable of in its turn obtaining the final length wherein the whole of the measuring pipe subjected to bending processing is shortened consistently and correspondingly. SOLUTION: A flexible support 2 is inserted into a pipe member 1 to be fixed to the first end of the pipe member so as to close the first end, and the maximum outer diameter d2 of the support is made smaller than the inner diameter d1 of the pipe member 1. After the pipe member is filled with a fluid fx, the fluid is perfectly coagulated and the pipe member 1' filled with the support 2 and the coagulated fluid is inserted into an opened press mold 3. The press mold is closed to bend the pipe member 1 into a desired shape. The press mold 3 is opened to detach the bent pipe member 1" and, after the coagulated fluid is melted, the support 2 and the molten fluid are removed from the bent pipe member 1".
