PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide parking facilities which can stop rotation of a turntable when a vehicle or the like lies out of a predetermined area. SOLUTION: According to the parking facilities, eight area sensors 200a, 200b, 200c, 200d, 200e, 200f, 200g, and 200h are arranged above a safe rotation area 106, and a detection area defined by external wall surfaces forming an almost regular octagonal prism is arranged in a manner enclosing the safe rotation area 106 by detecting zones 107a, 107b, 107c, 107d, 107e, 107f, 107g, and 107h, respectively.
