摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilization treated aluminum fin material which has excellent corrosion resistance and hydrophilic properties, and has no problems form the view of environmental maintenance. SOLUTION: In the aluminum fin material for the heat exchanger, a film of a substrate treatment agent is formed on a fin material made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and a hydrophilization treatment film is formed on the substrate treatment film. The substrate treatment film contains (A) a water based solution containing titanium obtained by reacting at least one kind selected from hydrolyzable titanium compounds, hydrolyzable titanium compound low condensation products, titanium hydroxide and titanium hydroxide low condensation product with a hydrogen peroxide solution (B) at least one kind of compound selected from phosphoric compounds, metallic hydrofluoric acids and metallic hydrofluorides, and (C) a water based organic high molecular compound stable at pH <=7.
