PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for oscillation grinding by which the decreasing of finished accuracy caused by 'an accompanying motion' in which a grind-stone is forced to perform with a work can be prevented when an oscillation speed is made up for the promotion of productivity. SOLUTION: In order to increase the oscillation speed for the work like a shaft, mass members 18, 19 should be mounted on the tip of an arm 12 as its counter-measure. However, the mass members 18, 19 should be positioned with attention paying not to close the opening on the tip of the arm 12. When inertia is increased by carried out in this manner, the grind-stone is made to follow the movement of the work late, the work is made to reverse while the grind-stone started to move late is forced not to move so much. By the fact that the work is reversed, the grind-stone is made to reverse late. That is, if the inertia of the grind-stone is increased, the moving amount of the grind- stone can be reduced sharply than that of the work. For this reason, even though the oscillation speed is made up, the grindability can be ensured. |
