PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane separation method which maintains membrane separation performance for a long time by certain prevention of slime pollution of permeable membrane surface. SOLUTION: This invention is related to the membrane separation method which operates membrane separation by supplying liquid to be treated to a permeable membrane. The method is to add two or more different kinds of germicides to the liquid by changing periodically or irregularly.
