PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drying a coating film without having drying non-uniformity and turbulence on interface in drying a multi-layered coating film containing a gelatin layer and a PVA layer or a coating film having gelatin and PVA included in the same layer. SOLUTION: In simultaneously drying the PVA layer and the gelatin layer, the drying method is characterized by setting the relationship between a dry-bulb temperature and a web-bulb temperature of drying wind so that the average value of the dry-bulb temperature from the drying starting stage up to 30 seconds from the start of drying in a drying apparatus 18 without passing the multi-layered coating film through a cooling zone is in the range of 40-70 deg.C and the average value of the web-bulb temperature is in the range of 20-30 deg.C and the wind velocity of the drying wind directed to the surface of the coating film is suppressed to 10 m/second or less. |
