METHOD FOR CULTURING MICROORGANISM GROUP, CULTURE LIQUID OBTAINED BY THE CULTURE METHOD, AND METHOD FOR PURIFYING UNDERGROUND WATER AND/OR SOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing a microorganism group, by which a microorganism capable of anaerobically degrading organic chlorine compounds can successively be subcultured to stably maintain the activity. SOLUTION: This method for culturing the microorganism group is characterized by continuously culturing the microorganism group and then batch-culturing the obtained culture liquid as a plant seed source. Since the microorganisms are highly limited by the present method for culturing the microorganism group, the activity for degrading the organic chlorine compounds can stably be maintained.
