PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain culm-transferring device of a combine harvester, capable of smoothly joining grain culms reaped by a reaping machine and transferred in one of lines and grain culms transferred in the other of the lines at a joining point, and further capable of smoothly transferring the grain culms to a rear upper space. SOLUTION: This grain culm-transferring device of the combine harvester is structured so that an engaging part (A) of a driving star wheel 12d of an ear-transferring device 12 which transfers the reaped grain culms to the rear upper space with a supplying star wheel 14b of a supplying and transferring device 14 and an overlapping part (B) of the supplying star wheel 14b with a raking star wheel 9f of a left external raking device 9a are located on the same line (C) of a machine body 1a.
