PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immobilization method of a molecule to be analyzed capable of efficiently immobilizing the molecule to be analyzed on the membrane layer of a measuring cell, and an immobilization device of the molecule to be analyzed. SOLUTION: An activating liquid A is supplied to a liquid flow channel 45 from a supply port 45A and, after the elapse of a predetermined activation time T1, the activating liquid A is discharged from a discharge port 45B while supplying a solution B containing the molecule M to be analyzed to the liquid flow channel 45 in which the activating liquid A is stored from the supply port 45A to replace the activating liquid A with the solution B of the molecule M to be analyzed.
