PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a technique for measuring vibrations, stresses and moments in a vibration transmitting section ranging from a gear to a transmission case, and for specifying a vibration occurrence section and analyzing a vibration transmission path. SOLUTION: A counter drive gear 12 which becomes a vibration source, is supported by the transmission case 3 through a ring-shaped component force meter 20, and a quantitative value is obtained from a weight component and a moment component detected in the component force meter 20 by using a signal processing device 35, and FFT processing is applied to the quantitative value by using a frequency processing device 37, thereby measuring the vibration of the counter drive gear 12.
