A fine element polishing device and a method thereof are provided to uniformly polish a fine element mounted on a small plate by mounting the fine element regardless of a worker's skill and rotating a large plate after tightly attaching the small plate on the large plate, to easily attach/detach plural fine elements on the small plate by using an adhesive sheet, and to facilitate the work and improve production efficiency by preventing foreign matters from remaining on the backside of the fine element detached after finishing the work. A fine element polishing device comprises a driving motor(10) allowing the rotation force; a rotary shaft(30) transmitting the rotation force of the motor; a circular large plate(40) combined on the distal end of the rotary shaft to attach a polishing fabric or a polishing stone on the upper surface; at least one supporter(90) installed across the large plate; at least one small plate fixing shaft(80) installed on the supporter; a fine element(70) combined with the small plate fixing shaft and mounted on a friction surface with the large plate; and at least one small plate(60) freely rotated. |
