PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect also a terminal device comparatively low in computing performance, to a distributed processing system. SOLUTION: An intermediary server 2 makes an execution request of computation processing to a terminal longer in total connection time among terminal devices connected to the distributed processing system when the execution performance value of the whole distributed processing system is determined to be a predetermined execution performance threshold or more, that is, the distributed processing system is while not requiring to urgently secure computation processing capacity.
