A binder mechanism for fixing or attaching/detaching documents or printed materials on plural open double-hook type loops is provided to add or separate the bound materials with simplifying a binding process and binding the materials at low cost. A binder mechanism for binding plural sheets having through-holes at one side, such as a diary, a book, or a note is composed of: a plurality of open double-hook type loops having a rotary shaft unit(2) at one side and a shielding ring on the opposite side; a support plate(5) having a groove formed on the upper side and a projection formed at the lower side; an opening and closing plate comprising a shielding projection and an open groove formed at the lateral side and a projection formed at the lower side; a spring support plate(3) bent in an L-form; two springs(4); and a body having a rotary shaft unit through-hole(1) and a shielding ring through-hole(6).
