A gas supply adapter for pipe annealing which can secure a mirror finish on inner faces of the pipes, prevents the inner faces of the pipes from being oxidized or decarburized, or loosing luster by supplying hydrogen gas, through an adapter, into gas supply pipelines or pipes to be processed, thereby performing a bright annealing process is provided. In an annealing heat treater comprising a reticular mesh conveyor on which pipes are put, and which travels by an endless track, and an exhaust port and annealing furnaces installed on a traveling line of the conveyor such that hydrogen gas is supplied to the annealing furnaces and the pipes, a gas supply adapter for pipe annealing comprises a connector(200) having a gas adapter fitting(230) formed thereon such that a gas supply pipe(300) connected to a main gas supply source is connected to the gas adapter fitting, a gas diffusion body(220) formed thereon and connected to the gas adapter fitting such that the gas diffusion body is in communication with the gas adapter fitting, and a plurality of pipe fittings formed at a side thereof corresponding to the gas adapter fitting.
