A device for shaping roundness and jointing steel pipes having a tiltable lifting connector is provided to easily carry out a pipe alignment work at a wide variety of angles. A tiltable lifting connector includes an upper plate(141), an intermediate plate(150), a lower plate, and sliding blocks. The upper plate is connected to a lifting device. The intermediate plate is connected beneath the upper plate through a tilting hinge(144). The lower plate is connected beneath the intermediate plate through a rotary shaft such that the lower plate is rotatable relatively to the intermediate plate. The sliding blocks are connected to respective shaping units(100A,100B) beneath the lower plate, and at least one of the sliding block is arranged to be slidable along the lower plate.
