PURPOSE:To keep durability, chemical resistance, light fastness and weatherability over a long period of time by providing a transparent resin layer on a base film in a releasable manner and providing at least one layer among a chemical resistance imparting layer, an ultraviolet blocking layer and a security layer. CONSTITUTION:A transparent resin layer 3 composed of a resin excellent in abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, transparency or hardness such as a polyester resin is formed on a base film 1 such as glassine paper through a release layer 2 composed of wax or the like. Then, at least one layer among a chemical imparting layer 4 composed of a thermosetting resin forming a crosslinked film by polyisocyanate, a silane coupling agent, a photosensitizer and a polymerization initiator, an ultraviolet blocking layer 5 composed of the same resin as a protective layer to which an ultraviolet transmission inhibitor and an ultraviolet absorber are added and a security layer 6 composed of the same resin as a protective layer containing a fluorescent brightener is formed on the surface of the layer 3 and a heat sealing layer 1 is further formed thereon. |
