The reducer (25) includes a first shaft (57) as an input shaft; a second shaft (71) to which the drive torque is transmitted from the first shaft (57); a first reduction gear set (45) with a first gear (49) on the first shaft (57) and a second gear (51) on the second shaft (71); and a second reduction gear set (47) with a third gear (53) on the second shaft (71) and a fourth gear (55) provided on the clutch mechanism (85) of the differential device (27). The fourth gear (55) and a large-diameter portion of the differential gear unit (87) are offset in axial position without overlapping.
