The present invention relates to an antistatic foam sheet of 0.3 to 2 D thickness used to pack electronic components sensitive to static electricity such as LCD panels, which is interposed between LCD panels to absorb shock and prevent static electricity. The present invention produces an antistatic foam sheet with thickness of 0.3 to 2 D by mixing a poly olefin resin as a basic resin, 5 to 30 parts by weight of carbon black as a conductive material and 3 to 30 parts by weight of a foaming agent and foaming the mixtures with a foam magnitude of 5 to 30 times, and uses the antistatic foam sheet as an interleaving sheet of LCD panels, wherein the antistatic foam sheet has a surface resistance of 10 to 1Oe O/D and a volume resistance of 10 to 1Oe O-D, and microprotrusions are formed on the surface of the antistatic foam sheet in the shape of cells having circular structures.
