<p>A communication device batch configuration managing method and the apparatus thereof belong to the communication field. The method includes: describing configuration data in every communication device based on a uniform description format; downloading the configuration data described by the uniform description format in the devices; analyzing and displaying the downloaded configuration data to outside for editing; uploading the configuration data edited by outside to the selected target communication device; controlling the target communication device to load the received configuration data. The apparatus includes a configuration data describing unit, a configuration data downloading unit, a configuration data analyzing unit, a configuration data uploading unit, and a data loading and controlling unit. It can carry out the data configuration accurately, effectively, expandably and off-line by adopting the general communication device batch configuration managing method provided by the invention, avoid the prolixity and error proneness of the hand-collocated manner, and improve the accuracy of the data configuration.</p> |
