PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever handle with an easily-graspable and hardly-slippery grip portion, which relaxes a feeling of discomfort such as surface tackiness and adhesion. SOLUTION: This lever handle A comprises a metal lever handle body 1 which is composed of a base portion 2 and a gripping portion 3, and the round cross-section grip portion 4 with a curvature radius of 5-15 mm, in which a plurality of protrusive streaks 6, 6, etc. fixed on the backside of the gripping portion 3 and continuing in a long-side direction are juxtaposed at intervals of 1.5-3 mm and which becomes thinner toward its perimeter from its center.
