A mixer is provided to prevent scum congestion on the surface of the reactor, and to stir a liquid material in the reaction of which depth of water is deep. A mixer includes a impeller consisting of a driving part(1), a rotary shaft(2), and a conical body(31) in which one or more vane(32) is prepared. The impeller includes an upper side impeller(3a) installed at the top of the rotary shaft, and a lower side impeller(3b) installed at the bottom of the rotary shaft.
