PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and the number of processes by molding a seal handle, for pulling the toner seal of a developing device, in two colors out of a resin material that is less compatible with a toner container, etc.

SOLUTION: The toner seal, not shown, is affixed to the opening 41a of a toner container 41 from which toner is supplied to the developing roller of the developing device. One end of the seal is jointed to the seal handle 61. The seal handle 61 is molded in two colors at the one end of the toner container 41 out of a resin material which is less compatible with it. By pulling the seal handle 61 in a longitudinal direction, the seal handle 61 is separated and the toner seal is pulled out. The seal handle 61 juts out in a longitudinal direction of the toner container 41 and also functions as an interfering member in order to prevent erroneous attachment to an image forming apparatus.
