FIELD: veterinary. ^ SUBSTANCE: express method of detecting liver (LALP) and corticosteroid-induced (CALP) isozymes of alkaline phosphatase in blood serum of dogs lies in determining total activity of alkaline phosphatase (TALP) in blood serum of examined animal, analysed serum being inactivated at 60C during 10 minutes, and after heat treatment immediately transferred into icy bath, amount of serum used at inactivation must correspond to amount of serum used for determining enzyme activity; after that enzyme activity in inactivated serum is determined by kinetic method. ^ EFFECT: increase of rate and accuracy of diagnosing subclinical forms of hepatopathology and hyperadrenocorticism.
