FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to disperser for hydraulic composition containing N-methyl diethanolamine and copolymer having links of formula (1), and links of formula (2):(1) where Rdenotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and Mdenotes a hydrogen atom or an alkali metal ion;(2), where Rdenotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, AO denotes an alkyleneoxy group containing from 2 to 4 carbon atoms , l is a number from 0 to 2, m equals 0 or 1, n is average number of moles of added AO and ranges from 2 to 300 and Rdenotes a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group with 1-4 carbon atoms, as well as a hydraulic composition with dispersant and to use of a dispersant to improve fluidity.
