FIELD: telecommunications.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for joining optical cable. Disclosed box (1) for joining optical cable, containing auxiliary device to fill gaps and providing water impermeability, includes at least one end surface (2) for passage of cable, at least one auxiliary device to fill gaps and providing water impermeability and at least one elastic shrinking tube (4). End surface (2) is equipped with first hollow cylindrical tube (3), optical cable, waterproofing of which is elastic shrinkable tube (4), passes through hollow cylindrical tube (3) in form of double cable (5), after its bent face-to-face, wherein box may have an intermediate branch and intermediate separation of cable without its disconnection. Auxiliary device interacts with optical cable in hollow cylindrical tube (3), first waterproof structure is obtained where auxiliary device is enclosed by elastic shrinkable tube (4). At least, outer part of first hollow cylindrical tube (3) and at least part of auxiliary device is also covered by elastic shrinkable tube (4) to obtain a second watertight design.EFFECT: technical result is improved water impermeability and low cost.18 cl, 4 dwg |
