FIELD: information technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of encoding and decoding information. Coding method includes a step of setting an index, and a predictive coding step. Step for setting index sets an index, which is information of reference image and weight. Predicting step predicts in such a way that reference weight value when change between pixel values at least one reference image and a target image to be encoded is a specific reference or less is output as a predicted value.
