<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent writing implement kit in which a transparent invisible writing part is made visible by being irradiated with ultraviolet rays and which can prevent a power supply (a dry cell, etc.), from being turned on unintentionally to be exhausted and the irradiation of eyes with ultraviolet rays while being carried. <P>SOLUTION: In the fluorescent writing implement kit, a writing implement having a pen point of a fiber-tipped pen, a ball-point pen, or the like filled with a fluorescent ink which is made invisible when irradiated with ultraviolet rays and becomes at least transparent after writing and an ultraviolet irradiation device having a fluorescent substance emitting ultraviolet rays, the power supply, a switch for applying power, etc., are provided integrally or separately.
