RUBBER COMPOSITION AND PNEUMATIC TIRE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome general difficulty of a blending design with problems such as deterioration of strength of a tire by blending a large amount of a recycled rubber desired from a point of view of environmental load reduction, because it is debris, while textile is used for reinforcement of a carcass layer and a belt cover layer for further enhancing performance of a pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a rubber composition by blending 100 pts.mass of a diene rubber containing natural rubber and/or synthetic isoprene rubber of 40 to 100 pts.mass or more, 30 to 80 pts.mass of carbon black having nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (NSA) of 30 to 90 m/g with mass ratio of the sulfur to the vulcanization accelerator of 2.0 to 4.0 and recycled rubber with 60 to 160 mesh of 5 to 40 mass% based on the carbon black.SELECTED DRAWING: None
