<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separable structure of a recycled part which simply separates the recycled part fixedly fitted to the interior of a cylindrical part of an outer fitting part from the outer fitting part, and the outer fitting part and a molded product. <P>SOLUTION: A head part 1 is equipped with a housing 2 and a bit inserting screw 3 fixedly fitted to the housing 2. The cylindrical part 5 has a mounting hole 8 with a circular section formed in such a way that the tip 7 side of the cylindrical part 5 is open and the bit inserting screw 3 is fixed in such a state that it is housed in the mounting hole 8. Two grooves 11 are formed, in the peripheral direction, on the inner peripheral face of the cylindrical part 5. These grooves 11 are arranged, opposed to each other, on both sides, in the diametral direction, of the cylindrical part 5. In addition, each groove 11 extends in the stretching direction of the cylindrical part 5 (in the X direction of Fig.) and is of such a tapered sectional shape that the diameter becomes gradually smaller toward the inside diameter side of the cylindrical part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
