<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a label surface or the like which can be adhered on a label surface of a general optical disk and on which a visible image is formed by using an optical disk apparatus which performs information recording or reproducing onto a recording surface without preparing a new printer or the like in addition. <P>SOLUTION: This disk D has the same outside dimension as a usual CD-R or the like and has a lamination structure constituted of a substrate layer 101, a substrate layer 102, a thermosensitive layer 103, a reflecting layer 104, a protective layer 105 and a protective layer 106. Since the substrate layer 101 and the substrate layer 102 are stuck together by an adhesive surface and the protective layer 105 and the protective layer 106 are stuck together by an adhesive surface, a user can separate the disk D to three layers by releasing sticking state against adhesive force of these adhesive surfaces. Then a layer member including the thermosensitive layer 103 in which the visible image or the like is formed with laser beam irradiation, can be stuck on another position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
